The HSZ6 BGA Reballing fixture is designed for manually rework BGA components to original condition. Ideal for lower volume manufacture and rework. This fixture can process rectangle and square BGA components with different specifications, from 5×5mm to 58×58mm,the maximum thickness of the components can be up to 5.5mm.
